The aleaTeX website offers two vacation workbooks called grimoires de la réussite. One is for the 6th grade level, the other for the 8th grade level. These workbooks can be viewed and downloaded in PDF format.
But it is also possible to use the pre-selections for each section with the GRIMOIRES-COMPLETS entry on this page https://aleatex.mathslozano.fr/grimoires to directly add all the exercises in a section to the basket before compiling with the appropriate presets to obtain a document with new data. It is, of course, also possible to do your own research and compile using the Vacation Workbook template or another template, depending on the atoms chosen.

WARNING
Any resemblance, even casual, to existing exercises is unintentional, but you can report it by email. Most come from manuals, while some are inspired by here and there, without it being possible to clearly identify the original source.

For a specific topic, you can generate part of the complete workbook to review concepts or games. This can be done either directly by viewing the online PDF or using the AleaTeX menus.
You can separately generate a file of individual questions or answer keys with the same data.
